Another day has gone by. Now at 16:00 UTC we're at position 24°21,787'N 018°41,95' W, about 160nm west of the Western Sahara (100nm north of the border to Mauretania) and 293nm SW of where we've started. We have about 540nm left, so it'll be another couple of days (maybe 3-4)til we arrive. The wind is constant now from N-NE with about 5Bft, max. stil til about 30 knots. Most of last night was beautiful moonshine bringing silver reflections on the waves and the breaking of the waves. Birds visited last night (and during the day) looking for fish, no Dolphins so far. The dark silver reflection turned to light silver reflection with the rising sun. At night some translucent algea came by. Sometimes very little, sometimes a big circle. Funny. The waves keep on coming and breaking in all directions still shaking and rocking the boat. When you're in bed you fell like a little baby in the cradle. We're mostly used to it by now. Marcus cuaght a cold in the night shift with the cold wind breeze, I caught just a little one. But nothing serious. Marcus is feeling better, I just suffer from my endless brewses (blaue Flecken) from falling around the boat ;-) More tomorrow, have to go think of some food to cook.
